INFORMATION FOR THE SELECTED Jr.KG STUDENTS

KINDLY BRING ALONG THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS ON THE ADMISSION DAY i.e. 06-02-2025 at 10.00 a.m.:

NOTE :

1. 1. Original Copy of Birth Certificate with child’s name.
2. 2. Original Copy of Baptism Certificate for Catholics / Christians.
3. 3. One Copy of the passport size photo of the child.
4. 4. Xerox copy of Ration card (Both sides- Name and Address side) / Leave & License Agreement Copy / Electricity Bill Copy. [Any one]
5. 5. Original Medical Certificate of the child.
6. 6. Xerox copy of Child’s & Parent’s Aadhar Card.
7. 7. Xerox copy Caste Certificate (If applicable).
8. 8. Paid Fee Slip.
9. 9. Original Bonafied Certificate of Sibling.

• Admission to Jr.Kg on the same day is compulsory, if not taken admission will be cancelled.
• Only one parent should be present for the admission process. No need of bringing the child.
• No substitute will be entertained for the admission process other than the parent.
