INFORMATION FOR SELECTED JR.KG STUDENTS

We are happy to inform you that your ward’s form no given in list below is selected for Interaction for JR.KG Admission on 23RD JANUARY 2025 (Thursday) at timing given below.

NOTE :

• Interaction for Admission to JR.KG on the same day is compulsory.
• Both the parents along with child should be present for the Interaction process.
• No substitute will be entertained for the Interaction process other than the Parents.
• KINDLY BRING ALONG THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENT ALONG WITH THE PRINT OUT OF FORM AND ALL THE LISTED DOCUMENTS IN ORIGINAL ARE COMPULSORY.

FOR CATHOLICS & CHRISTIANS:

1. 1. Original Birth Certificate with Child’s name
2. 2. Baptism Certificate.
3. 3. Ration card of family.
4. 4. Aadhar card of child and parents.
5. 5. Medical certificate of the child.
6. 6. Bonafied certificate of sibling child.
7. 7. B2 Size Family Photo along with child’s Photo.

FOR SIBLINGS:

1. 1. Original Birth Certificate with Child’s name.
2. 2. Bonafied certificate of sibling.
3. 3. Ration card of family.
4. 4. Aadhar card of child and parents.
5. 5. Medical certificate of the child.
6. 6. B2 Size Family Photo along with child’s Photo.

FOR HINDUS & MUSLIMS:

1. 1. Original Birth Certificate with Child’s name.
2. 2. Caste Certificate (If applicable)
3. 3. Ration card of family.
4. 4. Aadhar card of child and parents.
5. 5. Medical certificate of the child.
6. 6. B2 Size Family Photo along with child’s Photo.
